I prefer Flickr for web stuff, although honestly if it's just to SEE pics, I use Facebook. There's a link on each of your albums to share them with nonFacebook users, and it has worked well for me.
For ordering paper prints of photos, I use Snapfish. It's cheap and they've come out in very good quality so far. Happy enough with that, if I don't mind waiting 5 days or so for them to come in the mail. It's definitely a higher quality print job than, say, Walmart.com 1-hour pickup.
